Request a vaccination event

Please use this form to REQUEST a vaccination event or mobile clinic for groups or communities in the Greater Houston area. Once you have made your request, you should receive a written response with next steps by email within 5-7 business days.

If this is your first time to request an event, and you or your organization are not an existing partner or member of Houston in Action, there may be a 2-3 week review period to process your submission.

Once your request is reviewed, you will have the opportunity to coordinate your event time, date, and location with a vaccine provider. If you choose, Houston in Action is also able to support your recruitment efforts for vaccination events and sites in the following areas: 2nd Ward/East End/Harrisburg, Aldine, Alief, East Harris County, Galena Park, Greenspoint, Magnolia, Mission Bend, Northline, Pasadena, Southwest Houston, Trinity / Kashmere Gardens.

For event requests, you should be able to provide:

• Location (typically 150+ square feet)
• Adequate parking or access to transportation, and access for people with disabilities,
• Access to electricity
• Community members in need of vaccination
• Recruitment materials
