Submit your vaccination site/event

Please use this form to SUBMIT a vaccination event, site, or mobile clinic in the Greater Houston area. Once approved, events and sites will appear at houstoninaction.org/vaccinate

If this is your first time to submit an event, and you or your organization are not an existing partner or member of Houston in Action, there may be a 2-3 week approval period to process your submission. If you would like to learn more about the approval process prior to submitting your event/site/clinic, please contact oscar@houstoninaction.org for more information.
